• Delays due to weather, permit issues, or force majeure events

Customer agrees to provide reasonable access to work areas and maintain a safe working environment. Customer is responsible for:

• Removing personal belongings from work areas
• Ensuring utilities are available and functional
• Providing secure access during work hours
• Disclosing known hazards (asbestos, lead, structural issues)

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Construction Industry Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Florida, and Florida law shall govern these Terms.
